NFR has launched web portal on scholarships for mobility
The Norwegian Research Council (NFR) has launched a web portal describing scholarships ("stipendbase") available for funding mobility.

The web portal is available in both a Norwegian and an English version. It gives an summary of funding possibilities when considering doing a research stay abroad.
