Minister wants fewer temporary contracts in academia in Norway
The workgroup that previously this year was appointed with the task of evaluating measures that can reduce the use of temporary positions in academia in Norway has now finalized its report.
The workgroup that previously this year was appointed with the task of evaluating measures that can reduce the use of temporary positions in academia in Norway has now finalized its report. The Minister of Research and Higher Education, Tora Aasland, says the proportion of employers on temporary contracts is too high, and that measures to counter this should be initiated immediately.
