Forsker grand prix
A new event during this year’s Forskningsdagene (Norwegian Science Week) was ”Forsker grand prix” (Researcher’s Grand Prix), a competition in research communication between doctoral candidates. The idea stems originally from Bent Nørgaard, Centre for Art and Science, University of Southern Denmark, but in Norway the concept has been expanded to include coaching in advance of the competition itself. This year, Forsker grand prix was arranged three places: Bergen, Stavanger and Trondheim. The goal is to have this event being arranged at all major academic institutions in Norway.
